This year, Zhejiang Province took the lead in launching a special science popularization campaign for new quality productive forces, and a number of science museums and experience centers with new quality productive forces as the main content have emerged throughout the province. Recently, the Zhejiang Association for Science and Technology selected 113 science popularization experience centers for new quality productive forces, and the Smart Transportation and Logistics Experience Center for New Quality Productive Forces led by Academician Lee Der-Horng, Dean of ZJUI, was successfully selected.

The Smart Transportation and Logistics Experience Center was established relying on ZJUI and the Smart Urban Future laboratory, around the direction of intelligent transportation and logistics, artificial intelligence. It adapts to local conditions to develop new quality productive forces and creates a model for the science popularization of smart transportation and logistics in Zhejiang Province. Equipped with advanced teaching and research equipment such as transportation and logistics physical and electronic simulation experiment platform, AI digital human simulation platform, driving simulator, EEG instrument, the center regularly organizes Juanhu International Academician Lecture Hall, inviting academicians from home and abroad to carry out theoretical lectures, academic seminars, science popularization exchanges, etc., and regularly carries out study activities for adolescents.
