Introduction：
Mr. Wang Zhiwei holds the titles of Senior Engineer, IET Fellow, and IEEE Senior Member. He has led 13 major national power grid projects, including key initiatives under China’s 13th Five-Year Plan for Power Development and national strategies such as the “West-East Electricity Transfer Project” and “Energy Security.” With nearly 100 published papers and 28 authorized patents globally, he was named among the world’s top 2% scientists in 2025. The total investment in national-level projects and R&D programs he has led exceeds 100 billion yuan. He became ZJUI Adjunct Expert from December 2025.
