UIUC ranked the Best Bachelors in Engineering Programs Published by College Choice



Recently, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign was ranked number one  in the  Best Bachelors in Engineering Programs of the United States, published by the  When compiled the list of the top fifty undergraduate engineering programs, they factored in the cost of getting an engineering degree and the salary prospects for graduates of the various schools, together with the academic ratings of respective schools. By combining data points from U.S. News and World Report,, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, and information provided by schools, they've created a list of fifty schools that will get an aspiring engineer off to a successful start.

At the University of Illinois’s main campus in Urbana, undergraduates can choose from among fifteen top-ranked engineering majors in 12 of the university’s engineering departments.
